Title: FAST GROUPING AND AUTOMATED PRE-ASSEMBLING SYSTEM
Abstract:
A fast grouping and automated pre-assembling system, comprising a rotating disk (2) disposed on a front surface of an operation station (1). Multiple drive member assembly recesses are provided at a periphery of the rotating disk (2) along an outer circumference thereof at a fixed interval. The operation station (1) is provided with a roller discharge port in communication with a roller feed plate (3), a push piece discharge port in communication with a push piece feed plate (4), and a spring discharge port in communication with a spring feed plate (5). The roller discharge port and push piece discharge port are located on a rotating path of the assembly recesses. The spring discharge port is directly above the highest position of the rotating disk (2). A discharge plate (8) is further provided on the operation station (1). The discharge plate (8) is provided with a discharge recess (81) having a shape consistent with a drive member and located on the rotating path of the assembly recesses. A first push bar is provided on a rear surface of the discharge plate (8) to push a component in the drive member assembly recesses into the discharge recess (81). The system of the present invention enables automated sequential assembly of a roller, a push piece, and a spring as an assembly unit, and then pushes the same in a servo transition system, thus realizing fast and flexible assembly of multiple grouped structures.
