Abstract:
(EN) The invention discloses a surface passivation process of a copper alloy, comprising: mechanical grinding, electrochemical polishing, chemical degreasing, 80°C hot water washing, cold air drying, mixed acid pickling, 80°C hot water washing, cold air drying, passivation solution roller coating, distilled water washing, and cold air drying. The passivation solution comprises benzotriazole (BTA) at 3-10 g/L, citric acid at 10-20 g/L, a rare earth salt at 0.2-1 g/L, sulfosalicylic acid at 1-5 g/L, sodium dodecyl sulfate at 1-3 g/L, film formation accelerator at 1-2 g/L, and an oxidizer at 1-2 g/L. The passivation roller coating time is 3 min, and the processing temperature is 50-60°C.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de passivation de surface d’un alliage de cuivre, comprenant : un usinage mécanique, un polissage électrochimique, un dégraissage chimique, un lavage à l’eau chaude à 80 °C, un séchage à l’air froid, un décapage à l’acide mixte, un lavage à l’eau chaude à 80 °C, un séchage à l’air froid, une enduction au rouleau de solution de passivation, un lavage à l’eau distillée et un séchage à l’air froid. La solution de passivation comprend du benzotriazole (BTA) à 3-10 g/l, de l’acide citrique à 10-20 g/l, un sel de terre rare à 0,2-1 g/l, de l’acide sulfosalicylique à 1-5 g/l, du dodécylsulfate de sodium à 1-3 g/l, un accélérateur de formation de film à 1-2 g/l, et un oxydant à 1-2 g/l. Le temps d’enduction au rouleau de passivation est de 3 min, et la température de traitement est de 50-60 °C.
