Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a stabilizer composition for a polymer. At least one carboxylic acid is reacted with at least one metal compound, such as at least one metal hydroxide and/or at least one metal oxide and/or at least one metal carbonate, thereby forming a metal carboxylate of the carboxylic acid, and the carboxylic acid is reacted with the metal compound in a continuous manner in an extruder (1) while discharging the resulting reaction water out of the extruder (1). The invention further relates to a correspondingly produced stabilizer composition.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé pour produire une composition de stabilisant pour un polymère, consistant à faire réagir au moins un acide carboxylique avec au moins un composé métallique, comme au moins un hydroxyde métallique et/ou au moins un oxyde métallique et/ou au moins un carbonate métallique de manière à former un carboxylate métallique de l'acide carboxylique, la réaction entre l'acide carboxylique et le composé métallique étant réalisée en continu dans une extrudeuse (1), l'eau de réaction produite étant évacuée de cette extrudeuse (1). Cette invention concerne en outre une composition de stabilisant ainsi produite.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Stabilisatorzusammensetzung für ein Polymer, wobei zumindest eine Carbonsäure mit zumindest einer Metallverbindung wie zumindest einem Metallhydroxid und/oder zumindest einem Metalloxid und/oder zumindest einem Metallcarbonat unter Bildung eines Metallcarboxylates der Carbonsäure umgesetzt wird, wobeidie Umsetzung der Carbonsäure mit der Metallverbindung kontinuierlich in einem Extruder (1) unter Austritt von entstehendem Reaktionswasser aus dem Extruder (1) durchgeführt wird. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine entsprechend hergestellte Stabilisatorzusammensetzung.
