Abstract:
(EN) An electrically conductive material configured having at least one opening of various unlimited geometries extending through its thickness is provided. The opening is designed to modify eddy currents that form within the surface of the material from interaction with magnetic fields that allow for wireless energy transfer therethrough. The opening may be configured as a cut-out, a slit or combination thereof that extends through the thickness of the electrically conductive material. The electrically conductive material is configured with the cut-out and/or slit pattern positioned adjacent to an antenna configured to receive or transmit electrical energy wirelessly through near-field magnetic coupling (NFMC). A magnetic field shielding material, such as a ferrite, may also be positioned adjacent to the antenna. Such magnetic shielding materials may be used to strategically block eddy currents from electrical components and circuitry located within a device.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau électroconducteur configuré de manière à avoir au moins une ouverture de diverses géométries illimitées s'étendant à travers son épaisseur. L'ouverture est conçue pour modifier des courants de Foucault qui se forment à l'intérieur de la surface du matériau à partir d'une interaction avec des champs magnétiques qui permettent un transfert d'énergie sans fil à travers celle-ci. L'ouverture peut être configurée sous la forme d'une découpe, d'une fente ou d'une combinaison de celles-ci qui s'étend à travers l'épaisseur du matériau électroconducteur. Le matériau électroconducteur est configuré avec le motif de découpe et/ou de fente positionné adjacent à une antenne configurée pour recevoir ou transmettre de l'énergie électrique sans fil par l'intermédiaire d'un couplage magnétique en champ proche (NFMC). Un matériau de blindage de champ magnétique, tel qu'une ferrite, peut également être positionné adjacent à l'antenne. De tels matériaux de blindage magnétique peuvent être utilisés pour bloquer stratégiquement des courants de Foucault provenant de composants électriques et d'ensemble de circuits situés à l'intérieur d'un dispositif.
