(EN) Provided is a phase shift controlling device comprising a super lattice structure layer comprising two or more types of material having differing conductivity, wherein the effective refractive index of the super lattice structure layer is greater than the refractive index of the material having low conductivity.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de déphasage comprenant une couche de structure de super-réseau comprenant deux types, ou plus, de matériau ayant une conductivité différente, l'indice de réfraction efficace de la couche de structure de super-réseau étant supérieur à l'indice de réfraction du matériau à faible conductivité.
