Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for preventing deformation of a spring seat for a sprinkler head installed on a ceiling so as to scatter a fire-extinguishing liquid in four directions when a fire occurs such that it is possible to fundamentally prevent water leakage caused by deformation of the spring seat due to excessive fastening in the process of assembling the sprinkler head. To this end, the present invention is characterized in that, in connection with assembling a spring seat (3) in a concave groove (2c) formed on an orifice portion (2b) of a body (2) and pressurizing the spring seat (3) by the orifice portion (2b) such that the assembly load of the spring seat (3) is adjusted, the height (H) of the orifice portion of the body (2) is set to be larger than the height (h) from the upper surface of a deflector (20), the concave groove (2c) formed on the orifice portion (2b) has a depth (d) at which the maximum effective load of the spring seat (3) has a maximum value when the head (100) is assembled such that the bottom surface of an inner loading plate (9) abuts the bottom surface of the deflector (20), and an upward protruding ledge (9a) is formed on the upper surface of the inner loading plate (9) so as to have a size smaller than the inner diameter of a water discharge opening (2a) such that the upward protruding ledge (9a) is connected to the bottom surface of the deflector (20).
