(EN)The present invention relates to an enzyme composite in which a heme polymerase and a heme ligase are connected through a dockerin module of a fibrinogenase, and to a method for producing a hemozoin using the same. According to the present invention, hemozoin polymerization efficiency is excellent compared to a conventional enzyme for hemozoin polymerization, and thus a hemozoin which is a biopolymer having electrical conductivity can be efficiently produced more economically.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un composite enzymatique dans lequel une hème polymérase et une hème ligase sont liées par l'intermédiaire d'un module d'ancrage de type fibrinogénase, et un procédé de production d'hémozoïne l'utilisant. Selon la présente invention, l'efficacité de polymérisation de l'hémozoïne est excellente comparativement à une enzyme classique pour la polymérisation de l'hémozoïne, et un hémozoïne qui est un biopolymère ayant une conductivité électrique peut ainsi être efficacement produit plus économiquement.
(KO)본 발명은 헴중합효소와 헴 라이게이즈가 섬유소분해효소의 도커린 모듈을 통하여 연결되어 있는 효소복합체 및 이를 이용한 헤모조인의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 기존의 헤모조인 중합에 효소보다 헤모조인 중합 효율이 우수하여, 보다 경제적으로 전도성을 가지는 바이오중합체인 헤모조인을 효율적으로 제조할 수 있다.
