Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a vehicle thermal management system which is separately provided with the final heat dissipation unit of a cooling system for cooling electronic components required for the autonomous driving of a vehicle, optimizes the modularization of units, and thereby promotes the reduction of a package. The vehicle thermal management system is configured such that: a first compressor which sucks in and compresses a refrigerant and then discharges same in a high-temperature, high-pressure, gaseous state, a condenser for condensing the refrigerant, a first expansion valve for expanding the refrigerant, and a chiller for subjecting the refrigerant to heat exchange with a coolant so as to absorb heat are sequentially provided on a first refrigerant line; the condenser is configured as a water cooling condenser for subjecting the refrigerant to heat exchange with the coolant so as to dissipate heat; the vehicle thermal management system is provided with a first coolant line, which exchanges heat with electronic components and passes through the chiller, and a second coolant line, to which a low-temperature radiator for performing heat exchange between the coolant and air is connected and which passes through the water cooling condenser; and the coolant exchanges heat with the chiller of the first coolant line or exchanges heat with air by means of the low-temperature radiator connected to the second coolant line.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de gestion thermique de véhicule qui est pourvu séparément de l'unité de dissipation de chaleur finale d'un système de refroidissement pour refroidir des composants électroniques requis pour l'entraînement autonome d'un véhicule, optimise la modularisation des unités, et favorise ainsi la réduction d'un emballage. Le système de gestion thermique de véhicule est conçu de telle sorte que : un premier compresseur qui aspire et comprime un fluide frigorigène, puis évacue ce dernier dans un état à haute température, à haute pression, gazeux, un condenseur pour condenser le fluide frigorigène, un premier détendeur pour dilater le fluide frigorigène, et un refroidisseur pour soumettre le fluide frigorigène à un échange de chaleur avec un liquide de refroidissement de façon à absorber la chaleur sont séquentiellement situés sur une première conduite de fluide frigorigène ; le condenseur est conçu sous la forme d'un condenseur de refroidissement d'eau pour soumettre le fluide frigorigène à un échange de chaleur avec le liquide de refroidissement de façon à dissiper la chaleur ; le système de gestion thermique de véhicule est pourvu d'une première conduite de liquide de refroidissement, qui échange de la chaleur avec des composants électroniques et passe à travers le refroidisseur, et d'une seconde conduite de liquide de refroidissement, à laquelle est raccordé un radiateur à basse température pour réaliser un échange de chaleur entre le liquide de refroidissement et l'air et qui passe à travers le condenseur de refroidissement d'eau ; et le liquide de refroidissement échange de la chaleur avec le refroidisseur de la première conduite de liquide de refroidissement ou échange de la chaleur avec de l'air au moyen du radiateur à basse température raccordé à la seconde conduite de liquide de refroidissement.
(KO) 차량의 자율주행에 필요한 전장부품을 냉각하기 위한 쿨링 시스템의 최종 방열부를 별도로 구성하고 장치들의 모듈화를 최적화하여 패키지의 축소를 도모한 차량용 열관리 시스템이 개시된다. 차량용 열관리 시스템은 냉매를 흡입하여 압축한 후 고온 고압의 기체 상태로 배출하는 제1 압축기와, 냉매를 응축하는 응축기와, 냉매를 팽창시키는 제1 팽창밸브와, 냉매를 냉각수와 열교환시켜 흡열하는 칠러가 제1 냉매라인에 순차로 구비되고, 상기 응축기는 냉매를 냉각수와 열교환시켜 방열하는 수냉컨덴서로 구성되며, 전장부품과 열교환하며 상기 칠러를 통과하는 제1 냉각수라인; 및 냉각수와 공기를 열교환시키는 저온 라디에이터가 연결되어 상기 수냉컨덴서를 통과하는 제2 냉각수라인을 구비하고, 상기 냉각수는 상기 제1 냉매라인의 칠러와 열교환하거나 제2 냉각수라인과 연결되어 저온 라디에이터를 이용하여 공기와 열교환한다.
