Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin, a thermoplastic resin composition comprising the same, and a method for manufacturing an injection molded article. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin, which can manufacture a SAN-based resin having a high molecular weight by mixing mercaptan having excellent reactivity with an alpha-alkyl styrene oligomer having relatively low reactivity, as molecular weight regulators, at specific concentrations during emulsion polymerization comprising an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound. As the present invention uses a mixture of different molecular weight regulators having different reactivities, the present invention has an effect of providing a thermoplastic resin molded article that can be agglomerated with a small amount of coagulant, can increase productivity, has excellent mechanical strength and processability, etc., and has excellent appearance characteristics.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une résine thermoplastique, une composition de résine thermoplastique comprenant celle-ci et un procédé de fabrication d'un article moulé par injection. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une résine thermoplastique, qui permet de fabriquer une résine à base de SAN ayant une masse moléculaire élevée en mélangeant du mercaptan ayant une excellente réactivité avec un oligomère de styrène alpha-alkyle ayant une réactivité relativement faible, en tant que régulateurs de masse moléculaire, à des concentrations spécifiques au cours d'une polymérisation en émulsion comprenant un composé vinyle aromatique et un composé cyanure de vinyle. Comme la présente invention utilise un mélange de différents régulateurs de masse moléculaire ayant des réactivités différentes, la présente invention a pour effet de fournir un article moulé en résine thermoplastique qui peut être aggloméré avec une petite quantité de coagulant, peut augmenter la productivité, présente une excellente résistance mécanique et une excellente aptitude au traitement, etc, et présente d'excellentes caractéristiques d'apparence.
(KO) 본 발명은 열가소성 수지 제조방법, 이를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 사출 성형품의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 방향족 비닐 화합물 및 비닐시안 화합물을 포함하여 유화중합 시, 분자량 조절제로 반응성이 우수한 머캅탄과 상대적으로 반응성이 낮은 알파-알킬 스티렌 다량체를 특정 함량으로 혼합하여 사용함으로써 높은 분자량의 SAN계 수지를 제조할 수 있는 열가소성 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 반응성이 상이한 분자량 조절제를 혼합하여 사용함으로써 적은 양의 응집제를 사용하여 응집할 수 있고, 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있으면서도 기계적 강도나 가공성 등이 우수하고 외관특성이 뛰어난 열가소성 수지 성형품을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
