Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a processing apparatus for waste vinyl or waste plastics which is capable of subjecting waste vinyl or waste plastics to pyrolysis processing with different conditions according to density, the processing apparatus comprising: a measurement unit having a measuring sensor incorporated therein for measuring density and weight of waste plastic or waste plastics; and a plurality of reactors arranged in a parallel structure for pyrolyzing the waste vinyl or the waste plastics measured through the measurement unit, wherein an inlet, through which the waste vinyl or the waste plastics is inputted into a corresponding reactor according to the density of the waste vinyl or waste plastics, is further provided on one side of the plurality of reactors. In addition, one end of rails for transferring the waste vinyl or waste plastics is connected to one side of the inlet of the plurality of reactors and the other ends of the rails are connected to a transfer means for transferring the waste vinyl or waste plastics measured by the measurement unit, and the measurement unit measures the density of the waste vinyl or waste plastics, the reactor to pyrolyze is determined according to the measured result, and a control unit controls the input of the waste vinyl or waste plastics.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de traitement pour déchets de vinyle ou déchets de plastique qui est apte à soumettre des déchets de vinyle ou des déchets de plastique à un traitement de pyrolyse sous différentes conditions en fonction de la densité, l'appareil de traitement comprenant : une unité de mesure à capteur de mesure incorporé pour mesurer la densité et le poids des déchets de vinyle ou des déchets de plastique ; et une pluralité de réacteurs disposés selon une structure parallèle pour la pyrolyse des déchets de vinyle ou des déchets de plastique mesurés par l'unité de mesure, une entrée, à travers laquelle les déchets de vinyle ou les déchets de plastique sont introduits dans un réacteur correspondant en fonction de la densité des déchets de vinyle ou des déchets de plastique, étant en outre disposée sur un côté de la pluralité de réacteurs. De plus, une extrémité de rails pour transférer les déchets de vinyle ou les déchets de plastique est reliée à un côté de l'entrée de la pluralité de réacteurs et les autres extrémités des rails sont reliées à un moyen de transfert permettant de transférer les déchets de vinyle ou les déchets de plastique mesurés par l'unité de mesure, et l'unité de mesure mesure la densité des déchets de vinyle ou des déchets de plastique, le réacteur de pyrolyse est déterminé en fonction du résultat mesuré, et une unité de commande commande l'entrée des déchets de vinyle ou des déchets de plastique.
(KO) 본 발명은 폐비닐 또는 폐플라스틱을 밀도에 따라 조건을 다르게 하여 열분해 처리하는 것이 가능한 폐비닐 또는 폐플라스틱 처리 장치에 있어서, 상기 처리장치는 폐비닐 또는 폐플라스틱의 밀도와 무게를 측정하는 측정센서가 내장된 측정부를 포함하고, 상기 측정부를 통해 측정된 상기 폐비닐 또는 폐플라스틱을 열분해 하는 병렬구조로 배치된 복수의 반응기를 갖되, 상기 복수의 반응기의 일측에는 상기 폐비닐 또는 폐플라스틱의 밀도에 따라 해당 반응기로 투입되는 투입구가 더 포함된다. 또한, 상기 복수의 반응기의 투입구의 일측에는 상기 폐비닐 또는 폐플라스틱을 이송하는 레일의 일단이 연결되며, 상기 레일의 타단들은 상기 측정부에 의해 측정된 폐비닐 또는 폐플라스틱을 이송시키는 이송수단에 연결되어 있으며, 상기 폐비닐 또는 폐플라스틱의 밀도를 측정하는 상기 측정부와 상기 측정된 결과에 따라 열분해 시킬 반응기를 결정하여, 상기 폐비닐 또는 폐플라스틱의 투입을 제어하는 제어부로 형성된다.
