Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a carboxylic acid-modified nitrile-based copolymer latex, a method for producing the same, a latex composition for dip molding comprising the same, and a molded article produced therefrom. More specifically, the present invention relates to a carboxylic acid-modified nitrile-based copolymer latex which is produced such that an anionic compound is present on a large amount on the surface of latex particles, thereby ensuring physical properties equal to or greater than those using sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator or a crosslinking agent such as zinc oxide, etc. without using the same, a method for producing the same, a latex composition for dip molding comprising the same, and a molded article produced therefrom.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un latex de copolymère à base de nitrile modifié par un acide carboxylique, son procédé de production, une composition de latex pour moulage par immersion comprenant ledit latex, et un article moulé produit à partir de ce dernier. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne un latex de copolymère à base de nitrile modifié par un acide carboxylique qui est produit de telle sorte qu'un composé anionique est présent en grande quantité sur la surface des particules de latex, ce qui permet d'assurer des propriétés physiques supérieures ou égales à celles obtenues par l'utilisation de soufre et d'un accélérateur de vulcanisation ou d'un agent de réticulation tel que l'oxyde de zinc, etc. sans l'utilisation dudit latex de copolymère à base de nitrile modifié par un acide carboxylique. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production dudit latex de copolymère à base de nitrile modifié par un acide carboxylique, une composition de latex pour moulage par immersion comprenant ledit latex, et un article moulé produit à partir de cette dernière.
(KO) 본 발명은 카르본산 변성 니트릴계 공중합체 라텍스, 이의 제조방법, 이를 포함하는 딥 성형용 라텍스 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 성형품에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 음이온성 화합물이 라텍스 입자 표면에 다량 존재하도록 제조함으로써 황 및 가황 촉진제나 산화아연 등의 가교제를 사용하지 않고도 이들을 사용한 것과 동등 이상의 물성을 확보할 수 있는 카르본산 변성 니트릴계 공중합체 라텍스, 이의 제조방법, 이를 포함하는 딥 성형용 라텍스 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 성형품에 관한 것이다.
