(KO) 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 UV 패턴의 형성방법, 이를 포함하는 베젤의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 베젤
Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are: a UV pattern forming method using inkjet printing, capable of forming a pattern or hairline having metallic luster through a single inkjet patterning process; a bezel manufacturing method including the same; and a bezel manufactured according thereto. The UV pattern forming method using inkjet printing comprises the steps of: a) inkjet-printing ultraviolet-curable ink including a metal particle on a non-display area of a cover window for a display to form a UV pattern; and b) curing the formed UV pattern. The UV pattern forming method can be used in various fields, such as a touch panel, a protection film for an optical disc, or the like.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un procédé de formation de motif UV au moyen d'une impression à jet d'encre, en mesure de former un motif ou un filet ayant un éclat métallique par l'intermédiaire d'un seul processus de formation de motif par jet d'encre ; un procédé de fabrication de cadran comprenant celui-ci ; et un cadran fabriqué selon ce procédé. Le procédé de formation de motif UV au moyen d'une impression à jet d'encre comporte les étapes consistant à : a) effectuer une impression à jet d'encre au moyen d'une encre à séchage ultraviolet comprenant une particule métallique sur une zone de non-affichage d'une fenêtre de couverture pour un dispositif d'affichage afin de former un motif UV ; et b) durcir le motif UV formé. Le procédé de formation de motif UV peut être utilisé dans divers domaines, tels qu'un panneau tactile, un film de protection pour un disque optique, ou similaire.
(KO) 한 번의 잉크젯 패터닝 공정으로 금속 광택을 가지는 헤어라인이나 패턴을 형성시킬 수 있는, 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 UV 패턴의 형성방법, 이를 포함하는 베젤의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 베젤이 개시된다. 상기 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 UV 패턴의 형성방법은, a) 디스플레이용 커버 윈도우의 비 표시영역에, 금속 입자를 포함하는 자외선 경화성 잉크를 잉크젯 프린팅하여 UV 패턴을 형성하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 형성된 UV 패턴을 경화하는 단계를 포함한다. 터치패널, 광디스크용 보호필름 등과 같은 다양한 분야에 사용될 수 있다.
