(KO) 뇌척수액 운송용 도관의 이탈 방지 장치
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a device for preventing deviation of a cerebrospinal fluid shunt. The device for preventing deviation of a cerebrospinal fluid shunt, according to the present invention, is for firmly fixing a shunt that enables cerebrospinal fluid to move between a cerebral ventricle and the inside of the abdominal cavity. The device for preventing deviation of a cerebrospinal fluid shunt comprises: an inner flange part which is fitted into a hole to be formed in an abdominal wall forming the abdominal cavity and has a through hole which is engaged with an inner surface of the abdominal wall defining the hole and through which the shunt passes; an outer flange part which is engaged with an outer surface of the abdominal wall defining the hole and has a through hole formed on the same axis as the through hole; and a fixing part which is provided between the inner flange part and the outer flange part and is positioned in the hole to be formed in the abdominal wall and which fixes the shunt inserted therein.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'empêcher la déviation d’une dérivation de fluide céphalorachidien. Le dispositif empêchant la déviation d’une dérivation de fluide céphalorachidien, selon la présente invention, est destiné à fixer fermement une dérivation qui permet au liquide céphalorachidien de se déplacer entre un ventricule cérébral et l'intérieur de la cavité abdominale. Ce dispositif comprend : une partie bride interne qui est ajustée dans un trou devant être formé dans une paroi abdominale formant la cavité abdominale et ayant un trou traversant qui est en prise avec une surface interne de la paroi abdominale définissant le trou et à travers lequel passe la dérivation; une partie bride externe qui est en prise avec une surface externe de la paroi abdominale définissant le trou et a un trou traversant formé sur le même axe que le trou traversant; et une partie de fixation qui est disposée entre la partie bride interne et la partie bride externe et qui est positionnée dans le trou à former dans la paroi abdominale et qui fixe la dérivation insérée dans celle-ci.
(KO) 본 발명은 뇌척수액 운송용 도관의 이탈 방지 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 에 의한 뇌척수액 운송용 도관의 이탈 방지 장치는, 뇌실과 복강 내부 사이에서 뇌 척수액의 이동을 가능하게 하는 도관을 견고히 고정시켜 주기 위한 것으로, 복강을 형성시키는 복벽에 형성될 구멍에 끼움 결합되고, 상기 구멍을 한정하는 복벽의 내 면에 걸리고 상기 도관이 관통하는 관통공이 형성되어 있는 내측 플랜지부; 상기 구멍을 한정하는 복벽의 외면에 걸리고 상기 관통공과 동일한 축선 상에 형성된 관 통공을 구비하는 외측 플랜지부; 및 상기 내측 플랜지부와 외측 플랜지부 사이에 마련되고, 상기 복벽에 형성될 구멍에 위치하며, 내측에 삽입된 도관을 위치고정시키는 고정부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
