Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an automatic flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) sorting apparatus which automatically sorts out FPCBs, stacks the sorted FPCBs on trays, stacks a plurality of trays on which the FPCBs are stacked, and then discharges the plurality of trays at one time, thereby improving productivity. To this end, the automatic FPCB sorting apparatus of the present invention comprises: an FPCB transfer conveyor (450) for conveying FPCBs; an FPCB feeder (400) formed at one end of the FPCB transfer conveyor (450); a robot (300), installed on the FPCB transfer conveyor (450), for loading the transferred FPCBs onto a tray (600); a tray conveyor (520), installed in parallel to the FPCB transfer conveyor (450) and configured to position or transfer the tray (600) in an FPCB loading position; a tray feeder (500) formed at one end of the tray conveyor (520); and a tray discharging device (530) configured to discharge the tray (600) to the other end of the tray conveyor (520).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de tri automatique de cartes de circuits imprimés souples (FPCB) qui trie automatiquement des FPCB, empile les FPCB triées sur des plateaux, empile une pluralité de plateaux sur lesquels sont empilées les FPCB, puis décharge la pluralité de plateaux en une fois, améliorant ainsi la productivité. L'appareil de tri automatique de FPCB selon la présente invention comprend à cet effet : un convoyeur de transfert de FPCB (450) destinée à transporter des FPCB ; un dispositif d'alimentation en FPCB (400) formé à une extrémité du convoyeur de transfert de FPCB (450) ; un robot (300), installé sur le convoyeur de transfert de FPCB (450), pour charger les FPCB transférées sur un plateau (600) ; un convoyeur de plateaux (520), installé en parallèle du convoyeur de transfert de FPCB (450) et configuré pour positionner ou transférer le plateau (600) dans une position de chargement de FPCB ; un dispositif d'alimentation en plateau (500) formé à une extrémité du convoyeur de plateaux (520) ; et un dispositif de déchargement de plateau (530) configuré pour décharger le plateau (600) vers l'autre extrémité du convoyeur de plateaux (520).
(KO) 본 발명은 연성회로기판(Flexible Printed Circuit Board, FPCB)을 자동으로 분류하여 트레이에 적재하고, FPCB가 적재된 트레이 다수개를 적층한 후에 한번에 배출하여 생산성이 향상된 FPCB 자동 분류장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 FPCB 자동 분류장치는 FPCB를 이송하는 FPCB 이송 컨베어(450)와, 상기 FPCB 이송 컨베어(450)의 일단에 형성된 FPCB 공급장치(400)와, 상기 FPCB 이송 컨베어(450)의 상부에 설치되어 이송되는 FPCB를 트레이(600)에 적재하는 로봇(300)과, 상기 FPCB 이송 컨베어(450)와 평행하게 설치되며 상기 트레이(600)를 FPCB 적재위치에 위치시키거나 이송할 수 있도록 형성된 트레이 컨베어(520)와, 상기 트레이 컨베어(520)의 일단에 형성된 트레이 공급장치(500), 및 상기 트레이 컨베어(520)의 타단에 트레이(600)를 배출할 수 있도록 형성된 트레이 배출장치(530)를 포함하는 구성을 갖는다.
