Abstract:
(EN) The present specification relates to a method for manufacturing an anode for a lithium secondary battery, comprising the steps of: forming an anode active material layer by coating an anode active material on a current collector; and coating a protective film on the anode active material layer, wherein the step of coating the protective film uses a thermal deposition process.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une anode pour une batterie secondaire au lithium, comprenant les étapes consistant à : former une couche de matériau actif d'anode par revêtement d'un matériau actif d'anode sur un collecteur de courant; et le revêtement d'un film protecteur sur la couche de matériau actif d'anode, l'étape de revêtement du film protecteur utilisant un processus de dépôt thermique.
(KO) 본 명세서는 리튬 이차전지용 음극의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 집전체 위에 음극 활물질을 코팅하여 음극 활물질층을 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 음극 활물질층 위에 보호막을 코팅하는 단계를 포함하고 상기 보호막을 코팅하는 단계는 열 증착 공정을 이용한다.
