Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a plasma spraying device having: a supply part for carrying powder of a thermal spray material by means of a plasma-generating gas and spraying the plasma-generating gas from a tip opening thereof; a plasma generation part for generating plasma by breaking down the sprayed plasma-generating gas using 500W-10kW power; and chamber wherein he supply part and the plasma generation part is in a closed space, and a film is formed on an object to be treated by melting the powder of the thermal spray material using the plasma generated in the closed space. The thermal spray material is any of lithium (Li), aluminum (Al), copper (Cu), silver (Ag), or gold (Au), and the powder of the thermal spray material has a particle size of 1 µm to 50 µm.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un dispositif de projection au plasma, comprenant : une partie d'alimentation pour transporter une poudre d'un matériau de projection thermique au moyen d'un gaz de génération de plasma et projeter le gaz de génération de plasma à partir d'une ouverture de pointe de celle-ci; une partie de génération de plasma pour générer un plasma en décomposant le gaz de génération de plasma projeté au moyen d'une puissance de 500 W à10 kW; et une chambre dans laquelle la partie d'alimentation et la partie de génération de plasma sont dans un espace fermé, et un film est formé sur un objet à traiter par fusion de la poudre du matériau de projection thermique à l'aide du plasma généré dans l'espace fermé. Le matériau de projection thermique est l'un quelconque parmi le lithium (Li), l'aluminium (Al), le cuivre (Cu), l'argent (Ag) ou l'or (Au), et la poudre du matériau de projection thermique a une taille des particules de 1 µm à 50 µm.
(JA) 溶射材料の粉末をプラズマ生成ガスにより運び、先端部の開口から噴射する供給部と、噴射した前記プラズマ生成ガスを、500W~10kWの電力により分解してプラズマを生成するプラズマ生成部と、前記供給部及び前記プラズマ生成部を閉空間とし、該閉空間にて生成した前記プラズマにより前記溶射材料の粉末を溶融して被対象物に成膜するチャンバと、を有し、前記溶射材料は、リチウム(Li)、アルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、銀(Ag)及び金(Au)のいずれかであり、前記溶射材料の粉末は、1μm~50μmの粒径である、プラズマ溶射装置が提供される。
