Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a core-shell type graft copolymer which substantially retains the physical properties and shape of a raw material polymer, and has a high proportion of various functional groups introduced only to the surface thereof. [Solution] This core-shell type polymer solid product contains a graft copolymer (C) having a main chain portion derived from a precursor polymer (A) and a graft portion derived from a polymer (B), wherein a core portion (a) of the solid product contains the main chain portion derived from (A), a shell portion (b) of the solid product contains the graft portion derived from (B), and the solid product satisfies requirement (I). Requirement (I): When infrared absorption spectroscopic measurement is performed on cross-sections passing through the center (x) of the solid product, a point (z) on the surface of the solid product where the distance between the center (x) and the surface is shortest, and a middle point (y) of a line connecting the center (x) and the point (z), the absorbance (Abs) satisfies: X<0.01; Y<0.01; and Z≥0.01, where X, Y, and Z represent the values of Abs (key band of the polymer (B)) / Abs(key band of the polymer (A)) at the center (x), the middle point (y), and the point (z), respectively.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention concerne un copolymère greffé de type noyau-coquille qui conserve sensiblement les propriétés physiques et la forme d'un polymère de matière première et qui présente une proportion élevée de divers groupes fonctionnels introduits uniquement sur la surface correspondante. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un produit solide polymère de type noyau-coquille qui contient un copolymère greffé (C) présentant une partie de chaîne principale dérivée d'un polymère précurseur (A) et une partie greffée dérivée d'un polymère (B), une partie de noyau (a) du produit solide contenant la partie de chaîne principale dérivée de (A), une partie de coquille (b) du produit solide contenant la partie greffée dérivée de (B) et le produit solide satisfaisant à l'exigence (I). Exigence (I) : lorsqu'une la mesure spectroscopique par absorption infrarouge est effectuée sur des sections transversales passant par le centre (x) du produit solide, un point (z) sur la surface du produit solide où la distance entre le centre (x) et la surface est la plus courte, et un point central (y) d'une ligne reliant le centre (x) et le point (z), l'absorbance (Abs) satisfait à : X<0,01 ; Y<0,01 et Z≥0,01, où X, Y et Z représentent les valeurs d'Abs(bande clé du polymère (B))/Abs(bande de clé du polymère (A)) respectivement au centre (x), au point central (y) et au point (z).
