Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a ceramic-based composite material manufacturing method which is unlikely to result in strength deterioration and with which it is possible to shorten manufacturing time. This manufacturing method is for a ceramic-based composite material having a woven fabric that has multiple fiber bundles and having a matrix that is disposed in the gaps between the fiber bundles, the manufacturing method comprising: a base body formation step for forming a base body by calcining the woven fabric impregnated with a polymer that is a precursor to the matrix; and a densification step for further impregnating the base body with a polymer and calcining same. The densification step comprises: a second impregnation step for further impregnating the base body with a polymer so as to form an impregnated base body; a drying step for drying the impregnated base body so as to form a dried base body; a steam treatment step for leaving the dried base body under saturation water vapor pressure so as to form a treated base body; and a calcination step for calcining the treated base body.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite à base de céramique qui est peu susceptible d'entraîner une détérioration de la résistance et qui permet de raccourcir le temps de fabrication. Ce procédé de fabrication est destiné à un matériau composite à base de céramique présentant un tissu tissé qui présente de multiples faisceaux de fibres et présentant une matrice qui est disposée dans les interstices entre les faisceaux de fibres, le procédé de fabrication comprenant : une étape de formation d'un corps de base pour former un corps de base par calcination du tissu tissé imprégné d'un polymère qui est un précurseur de la matrice; et une étape de densification pour imprégner davantage le corps de base par un polymère et la calcination de celui-ci. L'étape de densification comprend : une deuxième étape d'imprégnation pour imprégner davantage le corps de base par un polymère de façon à former un corps de base imprégné; une étape de séchage pour sécher le corps de base imprégné de façon à former un corps de base séché; une étape de traitement à la vapeur pour laisser le corps de base séché sous une pression de vapeur d'eau de saturation de façon à former un corps de base traité; et une étape de calcination pour calciner le corps de base traité.
(JA) 強度低下が生じにくく、かつ製造期間を短縮化することが可能なセラミックス基複合材料の製造方法を提供する。複数の繊維束を有する織布と、繊維束同士の間の間隙に配置されたマトリックスと、を有するセラミックス基複合材料の製造方法であって、織布にマトリックスの前駆体としてのポリマーを含浸させて焼成することで素体を形成する素体形成工程と、素体にポリマーをさらに含浸させ、焼成する緻密化工程と、を含む。緻密化工程は、素体にポリマーをさらに含浸させて含浸済み素体を形成する第二含浸工程と、含浸済み素体を乾燥させて乾燥済み素体を形成する乾燥工程と、乾燥済み素体を飽和水蒸気圧下に留置して処理済み素体を形成する水蒸気処理工程と、処理済み素体を焼成する焼成工程と、を含む。
