Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a fluorescent probe for ALDH3A1 detection which can be used in a flow cytometer applicable to living cells. [Solution] A compound represented by general formula (1) or a salt thereof, in HPLC chromatogram measured under the following conditions, the retention time of said compound in an aldehyde form being longer than 6.9 minutes and the retention time of said compound in a carboxylic acid form being not longer than 6.9 minutes.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une sonde fluorescente permettant la détection d'ALDH3A1 qui peut être utilisée dans un cytomètre en flux applicable à des cellules vivantes. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un composé représenté par la formule générale (1) ou un sel de ce dernier, dans un chromatogramme CLHP mesuré dans les conditions suivantes, le temps de rétention dudit composé sous une forme d'aldéhyde étant supérieur à 6,9 minutes et le temps de rétention dudit composé sous une forme d'acide carboxylique n'étant pas supérieur à 6,9 minutes.
