Title: INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE AND INJECTION MOLDING METHOD
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a technique for performing injection molding of a longitudinal product by using a viscous material as a raw material, the technique being able to reduce a possibility of generating a defective site, such as a surface recess or void, in a final product due to gas in a molding die or gas in a raw material. [Solution] A molding die 30 forms a longitudinal cavity 70, and has an injection inlet 90 made of a viscous material at one end portion of the cavity and an injection outlet 92 at the other end portion of the cavity. The molding die has a gas vent. The gas vent is formed by a gap G2 between two members of the molding die. The gap penetrates the molding die in the thickness direction of the molding die and extends continuously or intermittently in the length direction of the molding die in such a manner as to mutually connect the internal space and the external space of the cavity. The gap has a shape that lets gas pass and does not let the viscous material pass by means of flow resistance based on the viscosity of the viscous material, whereby the gas vent performs not only degassing but also filtering.
