Abstract:
(EN) A reaction device (100), which serves as a heat treatment device, has: a heat transfer structure (43) disposed so as to be removable in a first flow path (31); first information acquisition units (70, 71) connected on an inlet side of the first flow path (31) and acquiring information for identifying the temperature and flow rate of a first fluid forming standard conditions for elapsed time; a second information acquisition unit (72) connected on the outlet side of the first flow path (31) and acquiring information for identifying the temperature of the first fluid for each unit of elapsed time; and a control unit (103) for finding the amount of heat exchange for elapsed time on the basis of the temperature and flow rate identified in the information acquired by the first information acquisition units (70, 71) and the second information acquisition unit (72) and predicting usage life of the heat transfer structure (43) on the basis of the amount of heat exchange.
(FR) Un dispositif de réaction (100), qui sert de dispositif de traitement thermique, comprend : une structure de transfert de chaleur (43) disposée de façon à être amovible dans un premier chemin d'écoulement (31); des premières unités d'acquisition d'informations (70, 71) connectées sur un côté d'entrée du premier chemin d'écoulement (31) et acquérir des informations pour identifier la température et le débit d'un premier fluide formant des conditions standard pour le temps écoulé; une seconde unité d'acquisition d'informations (72) connectée sur le côté de sortie du premier chemin d'écoulement (31) et acquérir des informations pour identifier la température du premier fluide pour chaque unité de temps écoulé; et une unité de contrôle (103) pour trouver la quantité d'échange de chaleur pour le temps écoulé sur la base de la température et du débit identifiés dans les informations acquises par les premières unités d'acquisition d'informations (70, 71) et la seconde unité d'acquisition d'informations (72) et à prédire la durée de vie de la structure de transfert de chaleur (43) sur la base de la quantité d'échange de chaleur.
(JA) 熱処理装置としての反応装置(100)は、第1流路(31)に取り外し可能に設置された伝熱構造体(43)と、第1流路(31)の入口側に連設され、経過時間の基準条件となる第1流体の温度及び流量を特定するための情報を取得する第1情報取得部(70,71)と、第1流路(31)の出口側に連設され、経過時間ごとに第1流体の温度を特定するための情報を取得する第2情報取得部(72)と、第1情報取得部(70,71)及び第2情報取得部(72)により取得された情報により特定された温度及び流量に基づいて、経過時間に対する交換熱量を求め、交換熱量に基づいて、伝熱構造体(43)の使用寿命を予測する制御部(103)とを有する。
