Abstract:
(EN) A consumable electrode arc welding method wherein a weld wire (5) is fed toward a portion to be welded on a base material (4) and a welding current with an average current of 300A or greater is supplied to the weld wire (5), thereby generating an arc between the tip portion of the weld wire (5) and the portion to be welded, and welding the base material (4). The weld wire (5) is fed with a speed at which the tip portion advances into an embedded space (6a) surrounded by a concave molten portion formed on the base material (4) by means of the arc generated between the tip portion and the portion to be welded, the welding current is varied, and the welding current during a large-current period is controlled such that metal transfer from the tip portion of the weld wire (5) to the side portion of the molten portion occurs multiple times in each large-current period.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de soudage à l'arc à électrode consommable, un fil de soudure (5) étant alimenté vers une partie à souder sur un matériau de base (4) et un courant de soudage présentant un courant moyen supérieur ou égal à 300 A étant fourni au fil de soudure (5), ce qui permet de générer un arc entre la partie pointe du fil de soudure (5) et la partie à souder, et de souder le matériau de base (4). Le fil de soudure (5) est alimenté selon une vitesse à laquelle la partie pointe avance dans un espace intégré (6a) entourée par une partie concave fondue formée sur le matériau de base (4) au moyen de l'arc généré entre la partie pointe et la partie à souder, le courant de soudage varie, et le courant de soudage pendant une période de courant important est commandé de sorte que le transfert de métal de la partie pointe du fil de soudure (5) à la partie latérale de la partie fondue se produise à plusieurs reprises pour chaque période de courant important.
(JA) 母材(4)の被溶接部に溶接ワイヤ(5)を送給すると共に、溶接ワイヤ(5)に平均電流300A以上の溶接電流を供給することによって、溶接ワイヤ(5)の先端部及び被溶接部間にアークを発生させ、母材(4)を溶接する消耗電極式のアーク溶接方法であって、先端部及び被溶接部間に発生したアークによって母材(4)に形成された凹状の溶融部分によって囲まれる埋もれ空間(6a)に先端部が進入する速度で、溶接ワイヤ(5)を送給し、溶接電流を変動させ、大電流期間における溶接電流を、溶接ワイヤ(5)の先端部から溶融部分の側部への溶滴移行が各大電流期間で複数回行われるように制御する。
