Title: ABNORMALITY DETECTION DEVICE
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the reliability of detection of abnormalities in an engine unit mounted to a vehicle, while reducing the capacity of storage areas in an abnormality detection device. This abnormality detection device (40) is provided with a processor (32) which executes the following types of processing: parameter acquisition processing (S21) for acquiring parameters related to the state of a vehicle 1 which are detected by a parameter detection device (21); abnormality determination processing (S22) and normal operation determination processing (S24) for determining abnormalities or normal operation of a plurality of abnormality determination items for determining abnormalities in an engine unit (20); abnormality storage processing (S23) for storing, in an abnormality storage area (48), abnormality determination results for the abnormality determination items determined as being abnormal; abnormality determination item selection processing (S25) for selecting abnormality determination items from among the abnormality determination items for which the abnormality determination results have been stored; counter storage processing (S26) for storing, in a counter storage area (49), the number of normal operation determinations for the selected abnormality determination items; and abnormality deletion processing (S27) in which the abnormality determination results of the selected abnormality determination items for which the number of normal operation determinations has reached a prescribed number are deleted, and the number of normal operation determinations is initialized.
