Abstract:
(EN) The condition of a biological sample is measured electrochemically by means of the following electrochemical measuring method. Prepare an electrochemical measuring device which is provided with a working electrode and which is filled with a measuring liquid in such a way that the measuring liquid is in contact with the working electrode. Introduce the biological sample into the measuring liquid. Apply a measuring potential to the working electrode and measure the current value flowing through the working electrode. Apply an oxidizing potential to the working electrode to oxidize the surface of the working electrode. Adopting this electrochemical measuring method makes it possible for the environment around a biological sample to be measured in a stable manner.
(FR) L'invention concerne la mesure électrochimique de la condition d'un échantillon biologique au moyen du procédé de mesure électrochimique suivant consistant ; à préparer un dispositif de mesure électrochimique comprenant une électrode de travail et rempli d'un liquide de mesure de telle sorte que le liquide de mesure soit en contact avec l'électrode de travail, à introduire l'échantillon biologique dans le liquide de mesure, à appliquer un potentiel de mesure à l'électrode de travail et mesurer la valeur de courant s'écoulant à travers l'électrode de travail, à appliquer un potentiel oxydant à l'électrode de travail afin d'oxyder la surface de l'électrode de travail, à adopter ledit procédé de mesure électrochimique qui permet de mesurer de manière stable l'environnement autour d'un échantillon biologique.
(JA) 生体試料の状態を以下の電気化学測定方法により電気化学的に測定する。作用電極を備え、測定液が作用電極と接するように測定液が充填された電気化学測定デバイスを準備する。測定液に生体試料を入れる。作用電極に測定電位を印加して作用電極に流れる電流値を測定する。作用電極に酸化電位を印加して作用電極の表面を酸化させる。この電気化学測定方法により、生体試料の周囲の環境の測定を安定して行うことができる。
