Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a cell image evaluation device and a cell image evaluation program, whereby it becomes possible to ascertain the stained state of cells which would be expected if the cells are subjected to a staining treatment, without the need to carry out the staining treatment. The cell image evaluation device is provided with: an evaluation unit 21 for evaluating the state of cells contained in each of regions of interest in a cell image; and a prediction unit 22 in which a machine learning has been made in advance about the relation between evaluation results and the stained state of cells, wherein the evaluation results include both of the result of the evaluation of a specific region of interest in a first cell image obtained by imaging the cells before a staining treatment and the result of the evaluation of a region surrounding the specific region of interest in the first cell image, and the stained state of cells is the stained state of the cells in the specific region of interest in a second cell image obtained by imaging the same imaging target as that in the first cell image after the staining treatment of the cells. In the prediction unit 22, the stained state of cells in a specific region of interest is predicted on the basis of the result of the evaluation of a specific region of interest and the result of the evaluation of a region surrounding the specific region of interest, among the results of the evaluation of a third cell image of the cells before the staining treatment of the cells.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'évaluation d'image de cellules et un programme d'évaluation d'image de cellules, qui permettent de déterminer l'état coloré de cellules si ces cellules étaient soumises à un traitement de coloration, sans qu'il soit nécessaire de mettre en oeuvre le traitement de coloration. Le dispositif d'évaluation d'image de cellules comprend : une unité d'évaluation (21) pour évaluer l'état de cellules contenues dans chacune des régions d'intérêt d'une image de cellules ; et une unité de prédiction (22), dans laquelle un apprentissage automatique a été préalablement réalisé sur la relation entre les résultats d'évaluation et l'état coloré de cellules, les résultats d'évaluation comprenant à la fois le résultat de l'évaluation d'une région d'intérêt spécifique dans une première image de cellules, obtenue par l'imagerie des cellules avant un traitement de coloration, et le résultat de l'évaluation d'une région entourant la région d'intérêt spécifique dans la première image de cellules ; et l'état coloré des cellules est l'état coloré des cellules dans la région d'intérêt spécifique d'une deuxième image de cellules, obtenue par l'imagerie de la même cible d'imagerie que celle de la première image de cellules après le traitement de coloration des cellules. Dans l'unité de prédiction (22), l'état coloré de cellules dans une région d'intérêt spécifique est prédit sur la base du résultat de l'évaluation d'une région d'intérêt spécifique et du résultat de l'évaluation d'une région entourant la région d'intérêt spécifique, parmi les résultats de l'évaluation d'une troisième image des cellules avant le traitement de coloration des cellules.
(JA) 細胞に染色処理を施した場合の染色状態を、染色処理を施すことなく把握することができる細胞画像評価装置および細胞画像評価プログラムを提供する。細胞画像の各関心領域に含まれる細胞の状態を評価する評価器21と、染色処理前の細胞を撮影した第1の細胞画像内における特定の関心領域およびその特定の関心領域の周辺領域の評価結果と、第1の細胞画像と同じ撮影対象に染色処理を行って撮影した第2の細胞画像内における特定の関心領域の細胞の染色状態との関係を予め機械学習させた予測器22とを備え、予測器22が、染色処理前の細胞の第3の細胞画像の評価結果のうちの特定の関心領域およびその特定の関心領域の周辺領域の評価結果に基づいて、特定の関心領域の細胞の染色状態を予測する。
