(EN)A method for constructing a transformant, said method comprising using an alga belonging to the genus Nannochloropsis, in which the function of protein (A) or (B) is suppressed, inhibited or deleted, as a host. (A) A protein which comprises the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 50. (B) A DNA-binding protein which comprises an amino acid sequence having at least 70% identity to the amino acid sequence of protein (A) described above.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de construction de transformé, consistant à utiliser en tant qu'hôte une algue appartenant au genre Nannochloropsis, dans laquelle la fonction de la protéine (A) ou (B) est supprimée, inhibée ou effacée. (A) Une protéine comprenant la séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO: 50. (B) Une protéine de liaison à l'ADN comprenant une séquence d'acides aminés présentant au moins 70% d'identité avec la séquence d'acides aminés de la protéine (A) décrite ci-dessus.
