Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a synthetic resin thrust plate that has precise flatness and is capable of being used without requiring the planar shape to be corrected with a hot press plate. A synthetic resin thrust plate (1) is a hollow disk shaped synthetic resin thrust plate, wherein: both thrust faces (1a, 1b) each have a plurality of radial grooves (2, 3) at equal angular intervals of a disc central angle; the number of grooves (2) on one thrust face (1a) is equal to the number of grooves (3) on the other thrust face (1b); the grooves (2) on the one thrust face (1a) and the grooves (3) on the other thrust face (1b) are disposed so as not to overlap in the circumferential direction; and, in particular, the grooves (2) on the one thrust face (1a) and the grooves (3) on the other thrust face (1b) are disposed in a staggered manner so as to have an angular shift of 1/2 of the angular interval of the disc central angle between adjacent grooves on the same side of the thrust face.
(FR) Plaque de poussée en résine synthétique qui présente une planéité précise et peut être utilisée sans nécessiter la correction de la forme plane avec une plaque de pressage à chaud. Une plaque de poussée en résine synthétique (1) est une plaque de poussée en résine synthétique discoïde creuse, dans laquelle : les deux faces de poussée (1a, 1b) ont chacune une pluralité de rainures radiales (2, 3) à des intervalles angulaires égaux d'un angle central de disque ; le nombre de rainures (2) sur une première face de poussée (1a) est égal au nombre de rainures (3) sur l'autre face de poussée (1b) ; les rainures (2) sur la première face de poussée (1a) et les rainures (3) sur l'autre face de poussée (1b) sont disposées de manière à ne pas se chevaucher dans la direction circonférentielle ; et, en particulier, les rainures (2) sur la première face de poussée (1a) et les rainures (3) sur l'autre face de poussée (1b) sont disposés en quinconce de manière à avoir un décalage angulaire de 1/2 de l'intervalle angulaire de l'angle central de disque entre des rainures adjacentes sur le même côté de la face de poussée.
(JA) 熱板プレスによる平面形状の矯正を不要としながら使用可能な平面精度を有する合成樹脂製のスラストプレートおよびその製造方法を提供する。合成樹脂製スラストプレート(1)は、中空円盤状の合成樹脂製のスラストプレートであり、両スラスト面(1a、1b)のそれぞれに放射状の複数の溝(2、3)を円盤中心角で等角度間隔に有し、一方のスラスト面(1a)の溝(2)と他方のスラスト面(1b)の溝(3)の数が同一であり、一方のスラスト面(1a)の溝(2)と、他方のスラスト面(1b)の溝(3)とが、周方向で重ならないように配置されており、特に、一方のスラスト面(1a)の溝(2)と、他方のスラスト面(1b)の溝(3)とが、円盤中心角で、同一側のスラスト面において隣り合う溝同士の角度間隔の1/2の角度のずれを有するように互い違いに配置されている。
