Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a foamed heat-insulating material which encapsulates therein a low-heat conductivity gas and which yields high heat insulating performance. High-melting point beads (2) that have been foamed up to a prescribed expansion ratio with a gas of low thermal conductivity by using a resin that does not soften at the beads-foaming temperature and that has a low gas transmission rate are mixed with low-temperature foam beads (3) to be foamed within a forming die, and the resultant mixture is filled in a beads forming die cavity (4b) and foamed by heating.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau d'isolation thermique moussé qui encapsule en son sein un gaz à faible conductivité thermique et qui produit des performances d'isolation thermique élevées. Des billes (2) à point de fusion élevé qui ont été moussées jusqu'à un taux d'expansion prescrit par un gaz à faible conductivité thermique à l'aide d'une résine qui ne se ramollit pas à la température de moussage des billes et qui présente un faible taux de transmission de gaz sont mélangées avec des billes (3) de mousse à basse température en vue d'être moussées à l'intérieur d'une matrice de formage et le mélange résultant est rempli dans une cavité de matrice (4b) de formation de billes et moussé par chauffage.
(JA) 熱伝導率の低い気体を内包した断熱性能の高い発泡断熱材を得る。ビーズ発泡させる温度で軟化せず、かつ気体透過性の低い樹脂を用い、あらかじめ熱伝導率の低い気体で、所定の倍率まで発泡させた高融点ビーズ(2)と、成形型内で発泡させる低温発泡ビーズ(3)を混合してビーズ成形金型キャビティ(4b)に充填し、加熱発泡する。
