Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a synthetic leather in which a base fabric (i), a bonding layer (ii), an intermediate layer (iii) and a skin layer (iv) are sequentially laminated, and which is characterized in that the intermediate layer (iii) is formed from a polyurethane resin composition containing a polyurethane resin (X) that is a reaction product of a polyol (A) containing 70% by mass or more of a polycarbonate polyol (a-1), an aliphatic or alicyclic polyisocyanate (B) and a chain extender (C). It is preferable that the bonding layer (ii) is formed from a polyurethane resin composition that contains a polyurethane resin (D-1) having a hydroxyl group and a crosslinking agent (D-2), said polyurethane resin (D-1) being a reaction product of the polyol (A) containing 70% by mass or more of a polycarbonate polyol (a-1), the aliphatic or alicyclic polyisocyanate (B) and the chain extender (C). The present invention provides a synthetic leather which is free from deformation or the like even in cases where a sunscreen cream gets thereon.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un similicuir dans lequel un tissu de base (i), une couche de liaison (ii), une couche intermédiaire (iii) et une couche de peau (iv) sont séquentiellement stratifiées et qui est caractérisé en ce que la couche intermédiaire (iii) est formée à partir d'une composition de résine de polyuréthane contenant une résine de polyuréthane (X) qui est un produit de réaction d'un polyol (A) contenant 70 % en masse ou plus d'un polycarbonate polyol (a-1), d'un polyisocyanate aliphatique ou alicyclique (B) et d'un prolongateur de chaîne (C). Il est préférable que la couche de liaison (ii) soit formée à partir d'une composition de résine de polyuréthane contenant une résine de polyuréthane (D-1) présentant un groupe hydroxyle et un agent de réticulation (D-2), ladite résine de polyuréthane (D-1) étant un produit de réaction du polyol (A) contenant 70 % en masse ou plus d'un polycarbonate polyol (a-1), du polyisocyanate aliphatique ou alicyclique (B) et du prolongateur de chaîne (C). La présente invention concerne un similicuir qui est exempt de déformation ou similaire même dans les cas où une crème solaire se répand sur ce dernier.
(JA) 本発明は、基布（ｉ）、接着層（ｉｉ）、中間層（ｉｉｉ）、及び、表皮層（ｉｖ）が順次積層された合成皮革であって、前記中間層（ｉｉｉ）が、ポリカーボネートポリオール（ａ－１）を７０質量％以上含有するポリオール（Ａ）、脂肪族又は脂環式ポリイソシアネート（Ｂ）、及び、鎖伸長剤（Ｃ）の反応物であるポリウレタン樹脂（Ｘ）を含むポリウレタン樹脂組成物により形成されたものであることを特徴とする合成皮革を提供する。前記接着層（ｉｉ）は、ポリカーボネートポリオール（ａ－１）を７０質量％以上含有するポリオール（Ａ）、脂肪族又は脂環式ポリイソシアネート（Ｂ）、及び、鎖伸長剤（Ｃ）の反応物である水酸基を有するポリウレタン樹脂（Ｄ－１）と架橋剤（Ｄ－２）とを含むポリウレタン樹脂組成物により形成されたものであることが好ましい。本発明は、日焼け止めクリームが付着しても、変形等を起こさない合成皮革を提供することである。
