Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a strain generation body which is capable of improving detection accuracy and reducing external noise and temperature error which occurs between a strain sensor and a reference resistance; and a force sensor equipped with the strain generation body. A strain generation body is equipped with a center section 161, an outer-peripheral section 162, connecting sections 163, a plurality of strain sensors Sa1-Sb8, and a plurality of reference resistors Ra1-Rb8. The outer-peripheral section 162 surrounds the periphery of the center section. The plurality of connecting sections 163 connect the center section and the outer-peripheral section. The plurality of strain sensors Sa1-Sb8 are provided on the main surfaces of the connecting sections. The plurality of reference resistors Ra1-Rb8 are provided on the main surface of the center section, and together with the plurality of strain sensors, constitute bridge circuits Ba1-Bb4.
(FR) L'invention concerne un corps de génération de contrainte qui est capable d'améliorer la précision de détection et de réduire une erreur due au bruit et à la température externes qui s'instaure entre un capteur de contrainte et une résistance de référence ; et un capteur de force équipé du corps de génération de contrainte. Un corps de génération de contrainte est équipé d'une section centrale 161, d'une section périphérique externe 162, de sections de raccordement 163, d'une pluralité de capteurs de contrainte Sa1-Sb8, et d'une pluralité de résistances de référence Ra1-Rb8. La section périphérique externe 162 entoure la périphérie de la section centrale. La pluralité de sections de raccordement 163 raccorde la section centrale et la section périphérique externe. La pluralité de capteurs de contrainte Sa1-Sb8 se trouve sur les surfaces principales des sections de raccordement. La pluralité de résistances de référence Ra1-Rb8 se trouve sur la surface principale de la section centrale, et conjointement avec la pluralité de capteurs de contrainte, constituent des circuits en pont Ba1-Bb4.
