Abstract:
(EN) Aloe vera plant has been the center of attention to its cellulose polysaccharide composition, along with the most natural biopolymer and renewable bio characteristics, low price, having a special high resistance on one hand, and possessing pharmaceutical metabolites in the gel part of the plant on the other. Nanotechnology as one of the latest technologies is being used in cellulose technology as well. So purifying and separating methods for isolating cellulose nanofibers from plants with pharmaceutical metabolites, which also have improving physical properties along with increasing molecular reactions, are new in the era of Nano-biotechnology. The purpose of this invention in connection with dentistry and Nano-biotechnology is to fabricate Aloe vera Nano-cellulose through two mechanical approaches involving Cryocrushing and ultrasonic methods and to check its anti-bacterial effects against microorganisms causing periodontitis in solid culture medium. The anti-bacterial effects of Aloe vera Nano-cellulose were much stronger than non-Nano Aloe vera.
(FR) Selon l'invention, la plante d'aloe vera a été le centre d'intérêt du fait de sa composition en cellulose, polysaccharide, qui, en plus d'être le biopolymère le plus naturel et de comporter des caractéristiques biologiques renouvelables, et un faible prix, présente une résistance élevée particulière, d'une part, et possède des métabolites pharmaceutiques dans la partie de gel de la plante, d'autre part. La nanotechnologie, l'une des technologies les plus récentes, est également utilisée dans la technologie de la cellulose. Ainsi, des procédés de purification et de séparation destinés à isoler des nanofibres de cellulose de plantes à métabolites pharmaceutiques, qui présentent également de meilleures propriétés physiques en plus de réactions moléculaires accrues, sont nouveaux dans l'ère de la nano-biotechnologie. Le but de l'invention, en lien avec la dentisterie et la nano-biotechnologie, est de fabriquer de la nanocellulose d'aloe vera par deux approches mécaniques impliquant des procédés de cryobroyage et d'ultrasons et de vérifier ses effets antibactériens sur des micro-organismes provoquant une parodontite dans un milieu de culture solide. Les effets antibactériens de la nanocellulose d'aloe vera se sont avérés beaucoup plus importants que ceux de l'aloe vera non nanométrique.
