Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a method for producing an essentially non disintegrating Ferrosilicon alloy, by cooling a molten ferrosilicon alloy till it attains room temperature, cleaning and breaking the solidified ferrosilicon into one or more lumps and inserting the lumps into a container wherein the open end of the container is attached with one or more fastening mechanism where the container containing the lumps being introduced by means of a lifting mechanism into a larger receptacle filled with a non flammable, inert liquid with the container containing lumps resting in the receptacle filled with the non- flammable, inert liquid for at least 72 hours or till the bubbling of gases subsides.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un alliage de ferrosilicium qui ne se désintègre sensiblement pas, consistant : à refroidir un alliage de ferrosilicium fondu jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne la température ambiante, à nettoyer le ferrosilicium solidifié et à le fragmenter en un ou plusieurs morceaux, puis à introduire les morceaux dans un récipient, l'extrémité ouverte du récipient étant fixée à un ou plusieurs mécanismes de fixation, le récipient contenant les morceaux étant introduit au moyen d'un mécanisme de levage dans un réceptacle plus grand rempli d'un liquide inerte ininflammable, le récipient contenant les morceaux reposant dans le réceptacle rempli du liquide inerte ininflammable pendant au moins 72 heures ou jusqu'à ce que les dégagements gazeux cessent.
