Abstract:
(EN) An electroacoustic transducer, comprising a piezoelectric part comprising a piezoelectric material having a first acoustical impedance and an acoustical thickness, a substrate part comprising a material having a second acoustical impedance, and an intermediate part comprising a material having a third acoustical impedance and at least partially sandwiched between the piezoelectric part and the substrate part for acoustical communication therewith. The first acoustical impedance and the second acoustical impedance each has a respective value within a range of values for which the value of third acoustical impedance: is an upper limit if said acoustical thickness is less than 0.4Λ,or is a lower limit if said acoustical thickness is greater than 0.4Λ where Λ is an acoustical wavelength in the material of the piezoelectric part.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un transducteur électroacoustique, comprenant une partie piézoélectrique comprenant un matériau piézoélectrique ayant une première impédance acoustique et une épaisseur acoustique, une partie substrat comprenant un matériau ayant une seconde impédance acoustique, et une partie intermédiaire comprenant un matériau ayant une troisième impédance acoustique et au moins partiellement prise en sandwich entre la partie piézoélectrique et la partie substrat pour une communication acoustique avec cette dernière. La première impédance acoustique et la seconde impédance acoustique ont chacune une valeur respective dans une plage de valeurs, la valeur de la troisième impédance acoustique étant : une limite supérieure si ladite épaisseur acoustique est inférieure à 0,4 Λ, ou une limite inférieure si ladite épaisseur acoustique est supérieure à 0,4 Λ, Λ étant une longueur d'onde acoustique dans le matériau de la partie piézoélectrique
