Title: METHOD FOR COMPUTER-AIDED GENERATION OF DIGITAL INPUT DATA FOR A PLANNING PROGRAM
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for computer-aided generation of digital input data (IN) for a planning program (PL) for planning a production process for producing a product, compiled from multiple prescribed subproducts (TP), in a prescribed production system from multiple prescribed technical components (CO) that are involved in the production process. According to the invention, at least one ontology (ON) is provided in digital form that includes general production knowledge (BK), system-specific knowledge (ES) and product-specific knowledge (PS), wherein the general production knowledge can be used for multiple different production processes, wherein the system-specific knowledge (ES) is specific to the prescribed technical components (CO) of the prescribed production system and wherein the product-specific knowledge (PS) is specific to the prescribed subproducts (TP). The digital input data (IN) for the planning program (PL) are generated in the method according to the invention using a reasoner (RE), wherein the reasoner (RE) ascertains from the at least one ontology (ON) permitted configurations (AC) that are part of the digital input data (IN), wherein a respective permitted configuration (AC) comprises a combination (AFC), possible in the production process, of at least one subproduct (AX) and at least one technical component (AF) that interacts with the at least one subproduct (AX), and at least one attribute (t) associated with the combination.
