Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a steering shaft (1) for a motor vehicle, comprising a hollow shaft (20) and an inner shaft (30), which is arranged coaxially in the hollow shaft (20), can be telescoped relative to the hollow shaft (20) in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the steering shaft (10) and is connected for torque transmission to the hollow shaft (20) by means of at least one rolling element (40), wherein the rolling element (40) is rollably accommodated in a rolling element cage (50) between the inner shaft (30) and the hollow shaft (20) in the direction of the longitudinal axis (L). To achieve higher operational reliability and lower production complexity, the invention proposes that the rolling element cage (50) has at least one sealing element (52, 53, 54), which sealingly contacts the hollow shaft (20) and/or the inner shaft (30).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un arbre de direction (1) de véhicule à moteur, qui comprend un arbre creux (20) et un arbre intérieur (30) disposé dans l'arbre creux (20) de manière coaxiale, télescopique par rapport à l'arbre creux (20) dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal de l'arbre de direction (10) et relié à l'arbre creux (20) par liaison de couple par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un élément roulant (40), l'élément roulant (40) étant logé dans une cage (50) de manière à pouvoir rouler entre l'arbre intérieur (30) et l'arbre creux (20) dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (L). Le but de l'invention est d’obtenir une sécurité de fonctionnement élevée tout en réduisant la complexité de fabrication. À cet effet, la cage (50) maintenant les éléments roulants comporte au moins un élément d'étanchéité (52, 53, 54) qui repose de manière étanche contre l'arbre creux (20) et/ou contre l'arbre intérieur (30).
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Lenkwelle (1) für ein Kraftfahrzeug, umfassend eine Hohlwelle (20) und eine Innenwelle (30), welche koaxial in der Hohlwelle (20) angeordnet, relativ zur Hohlwelle (20) in Richtung der Längsachse der Lenkwelle (10) teleskopierbar und mit der Hohlwelle (20) über mindestens einen Wälzkörper (40) drehmomentschlüssig verbunden ist, wobei der Wälzkörper (40) in einem Wälzkörperkäfig (50) zwischen Innenwelle (30) und Hohlwelle (20) in Richtung der Längsachse (L) abrollbar aufgenommen ist. Um eine hohe Betriebssicherheit bei einem geringeren Fertigungsaufwand zu erreichen, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass der Wälzkörperkäfig (50) zumindest ein Dichtungselement (52, 53, 54) aufweist, welches dichtend gegen die Hohlwelle (20) und/oder die Innenwelle (30) anliegt.
