Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a mixture formation device for an internal combustion engine operated with a burnable gas, preferably compressed natural gas CNG. The mixture formation device comprises a combination of a quantity regulator, a gas mixer, a flow-guiding element for pressure recovery, and a connection possibility for exhaust gas recirculation of the internal combustion engine. The mixture formation device according to the invention can empty a gas tank to a comparatively low pressure of approx. 2 bar, an excellent mixture formation being achieved over the entire range of speed and load range of the internal combustion engine. According to the invention, such a mixture formation device can reduce production costs as well as space requirements compared to known solutions. The invention also relates to an internal combustion engine operated with a burnable gas, particularly compressed natural gas (CNG), comprising such a mixture formation device in the intake tract thereof.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de formation de mélange pour un moteur à combustion interne alimenté en un gaz combustible, de préférence du gaz naturel stocké sous pression (CNG). Le dispositif de formation de mélange comporte une combinaison d'un régulateur de quantité, d'un mélangeur de gaz, d'un élément de guidage d'écoulement servant à la récupération de pression et d'une possibilité de raccordement pour une recirculation des gaz d'échappement du moteur à combustion interne. Grâce à un dispositif de formation de mélange selon l'invention, un réservoir de gaz peut être vidé jusqu'à une pression relativement faible d'environ 2 bars, un excellent mélange de gaz étant obtenu sur toute la plage de régime et de charge du moteur à combustion interne. Le dispositif de formation de mélange selon l'invention permet de réduire à la fois l'encombrement et les coûts de fabrication par comparaison avec les solutions connues. L'invention concerne en outre un moteur à combustion interne alimenté en un gaz combustible, en particulier du gaz naturel (CNG), lequel moteur comprend un tel dispositif de formation de mélange dans son système d'admission.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gemischbildungsvorrichtung für einen mit einem brennbaren Gas, vorzugsweise unter Druck bevorratetem Erdgas (CNG – Compressed Natural Gas) betriebenen Verbrennungsmotor. Die Gemischbildungsvorrichtung umfasst eine Kombination aus einem Quantitätsregler, einem Gasmischer, einem Strömungsführungselement zur Druckrückgewinnung, sowie einer Anschlussmöglichkeit für eine Abgasrückführung des Verbrennungsmotors. Durch eine erfindungsgemäße Gemischbildungsvorrichtung kann ein Gastank bis zu einem vergleichsweise niedrigen Druck von ca. 2 bar entleert werden, wobei über den gesamten Drehzahl- und Lastbereich des Verbrennungsmotors eine hervorragende Gemischbildung erreicht wird. Es ist vorgesehen, dass durch eine erfindungsgemäße Gemischbildungsvorrichtung im Vergleich zu bekannten Lösungen sowohl der Bauraumbedarf als auch Herstellkosten reduziert werden können. Ferner wird ein mit einem brennbaren Gas, insbesondere Erdgas (CNG), betriebener Verbrennungsmotor vorgeschlagen, welcher in seinem Ansaugtrakt eine solche Gemischbildungsvorrichtung aufweist.
