Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a reactive adhesives film, comprising (a) a polymeric film-forming matrix, (b) at least one reactive monomer or reactive resin and (c) a reagent selected from an initiator, in particular a free-radical initiator, or an activator, having improved heat-and-humidity resistance and to a reactive 2-component adhesive system in film form for bonding various materials, such as for example metal, wood, glass and/or plastic. In a preferred embodiment the at least one reactive monomer or reactive resin is a cyclic, nonaromatic, nitrogen-containing vinyl compound, in particular N-vinylcaprolactam and/or N-vinylpyrrolidone.
(FR) L'invention concerne un film adhésif réactif comprenant (a) une matrice filmogène polymère, (b) au moins un monomère réactif ou une résine réactive et (c) un réactif, choisi parmi un amorceur, notamment un amorceur radicalaire, ou un activateur, lequel présente une meilleure résistance à la chaleur humide, ainsi qu’un système adhésif bi-composant réactif sous forme de film pour le collage de divers matériaux comme, par ex., le métal, le bois, le verre et/ou le plastique. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, ledit au moins un monomère réactif ou ladite au moins une résine réactive est un composé vinylique cyclique non aromatique azoté, en particulier le N-vinylcaprolactame et/ou la N-vinylpyrrolidone.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen reaktiven Klebstofffilm, umfassend (a) eine polymere Filmbildner-Matrix, (b) mindestens ein reaktives Monomer oder Reaktivharz und (c) ein Reagens, ausgewählt aus einem Initiator, insbesondere Radikalinitiator, oder einem Aktivator, mit verbesserter Feuchtwärmebeständigkeit und ein reaktives 2-Komponentenklebesystem in Filmform zur Verklebung von diversen Materialien, wie z.B. Metall, Holz, Glas und/oder Kunststoff. In einer bevorzugten Ausfürhungsform ist das mindestens eine reaktive Monomer oder Reaktivharz eine zyklische, nicht-aromatische, stickstoffhaltige Vinylverbindung, insbesondere N-Vinylcaprolactam und/oder N-Vinylpyrrolidon.
