Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an ultrasonic sensor (2) for a motor vehicle, said ultrasonic sensor being embodied for covered installation at a trim panel (21) of the motor vehicle and said ultrasonic sensor having a vibration-capable membrane (M) for emitting and/or receiving ultrasonic signals, wherein an emission characteristic for the ultrasonic signals is predetermined by the geometry of the membrane (M), and a planar, acoustic coupling element (25) is arranged at the membrane (M), said acoustic coupling element being embodied for acoustic coupling of the ultrasonic sensor (2) to the trim panel (21) at the covered installed position and for influencing the emission characteristic of the membrane (M), wherein a surface shape of the coupling element (25) is matched to a surface shape of an emission surface of the membrane (M).
(FR) L’invention concerne un capteur à ultrasons (2) pour un véhicule automobile, lequel est destiné à l’installation dissimulée sur une partie de revêtement (21) du véhicule automobile, et lequel comporte une membrane (M) oscillante pour l’émission et/ou la réception de signaux à ultrasons, une caractéristique de rayonnement pour les signaux à ultrasons étant définie par la géométrie de la membrane (M), et un élément de couplage (25) acoustique plat étant agencé sur la membrane (M), ce dernier étant destiné à coupler acoustiquement le capteur à ultrasons (2) à la partie de revêtement (21) à la position d’installation dissimulée et à influencer la caractéristique de rayonnement de la membrane (M), une forme plate de l’élément de couplage (25) correspondant à une forme plate d’une surface de rayonnement de la membrane (M).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ultraschallsensor (2) für ein Kraftfahrzeug, welcher zum verdeckten Verbau an einem Verkleidungsteil (21) des Kraftfahrzeugs ausgebildet ist, und welcher eine schwingungsfähige Membran (M) zum Aussenden und/oder Empfangen von Ultraschallsignalen aufweist, wobei durch die Geometrie der Membran (M) eine Abstrahlcharakteristik für die Ultraschallsignale vorgegeben ist, und an der Membran (M) ein flächiges, akustisches Koppelelement (25) angeordnet ist, welches zur akustischen Kopplung des Ultraschallsensors (2) mit dem Verkleidungsteil (21) an der verdeckt verbauten Position und zur Beeinflussung der Abstrahlcharakteristik der Membran (M) ausgebildet ist, wobei eine Flächenform des Koppelelements (25) einer Flächenform einer Abstrahlfläche der Membran (M) angepasst ist.
