Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for adapting an electronic filter unit (40). At the beginning, a plurality of first input values (31) is captured within a first time period. Subsequently, filtered output values (36) are produced by filtering the captured first input values (31) by means of the filter unit (40). Then a transfer function of the filter unit (40) over a certain frequency range is determined in accordance with the first input values (31) and filtered output values (36). Thereafter, the filter coefficients of the filter unit (40) are determined in accordance with the transfer function and Parseval's identity. After the filter coefficients have been determined, second input values (32) are captured within a second time period and the second input values (32) are filtered in accordance with the determined filter coefficients and the determined transfer function. The invention further relates to an electronic filter unit (40) and to a device (10) having such a filter unit (40) and having a sensor unit (30).
