Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a process and an apparatus for producing an olefin-containing feed stream for a steam reforming plant. According to the invention, the olefin-containing hydrocarbon starting material is for this purpose heated, vaporized and catalytically hydrogenated. The hydrogenation product stream obtained is separated in a separation apparatus into a gaseous reforming feed stream, which is fed to a steam reforming plant, and a gaseous recycle stream. Here, the entry temperature of the hydrogenation input stream into the hydrogenation reactor is regulated via the degree to which it is heated and/or via the size of the recycle stream. Safe operation of the hydrogenation reactor over a wide range of olefin contents in the hydrocarbon feed is made possible in this way.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de production d'un flux d'alimentation contenant des oléfines pour une installation de reformage à la vapeur. Selon l'invention, le matériau de départ hydrocarboné contenant des oléfines est à cet effet chauffé, vaporisé et hydrogéné catalytiquement. Le flux de produit d'hydrogénation obtenu est séparé dans un appareil de séparation en un flux d'alimentation de reformage gazeux, qui est introduit dans une installation de reformage à la vapeur, et un flux de recyclage gazeux. La température d'entrée du flux d'entrée d'hydrogénation dans le réacteur d'hydrogénation est régulée par le degré auquel il est chauffé et/ou par l'intermédiaire du volume du flux de recyclage. Le fonctionnement sûr du réacteur d'hydrogénation sur une large gamme de contenus d'oléfines dans l'alimentation en hydrocarbures est ainsi rendu possible.
