Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a composition, in particular a construction material composition, comprising at least one binder, at least one filler, carbon nanotubes, and optional further ingredients, wherein the proportion of the carbon nanotubes is, according to the broadest aspect less than 200 ppm and is preferably 0.1 ppm to 150 ppm by mass in terms of the dry mass of the construction material composition. The composition according to the present invention has a high compression strength and short drying and consolidating times. The present invention is further directed to a method for the preparation of a stabilized aqueous carbon nanotube dispersion, a carbon nanotube dispersion prepared by said method enabling an excellent dispersion of carbon nanotubes, and a method for preparing said composition by blending at least one binder, at least one filler and optionally water with said dispersion.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition, en particulier une composition de matériau de construction, comprenant au moins un liant, au moins une charge, des nanotubes de carbone et éventuellement d'autres ingrédients, la proportion des nanotubes de carbone étant, selon le plus vaste aspect, inférieure à 200 ppm et étant de préférence de 0,1 ppm à 150 ppm en masse en termes de masse sèche de la composition de matériau de construction. La composition selon la présente invention présente une résistance élevée à la compression et des temps de séchage et de consolidation courts. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation d'une dispersion aqueuse stabilisée de nanotubes de carbone, d'une dispersion de nanotubes de carbone préparée par ledit procédé permettant une excellente dispersion de nanotubes de carbone, et un procédé de préparation de ladite composition par mélange d'au moins un liant, d'au moins une charge et facultativement d'eau avec ladite dispersion.
