Abstract:
(EN) A pipe coupling comprising a pipe branch (2), a hose (3), and a retainer (4). The pipe branch forms a proximal branch section (5) terminating the pipe branch, a distal branch section (6) in extension to the proximal branch section, and an expanded section (7) with an increased diameter between the proximal branch section and the distal branch section. The hose terminating axially in an opening configured to receive the proximal branch section (5) in an axial direction and comprising a proximal fold (9), a distal fold (10), and an internal gasket (11) between the proximal fold and the distal fold, the gasket being arranged to seal between an inner surface of the hose and an outer surface of the proximal branch section. The retainer being configured to enclose the pipe branch and the hose and forming a proximal flange (12) and a distal flange (13), the proximal flange and the distal flange both extending inwardly and defining a passage for the pipe branch (2), the passage having an internal diameter which is smaller than the increased diameter, the proximal flange being configured for engaging the proximal fold and the distal flange being configured for engaging the distal branch section. The pipe coupling provides an easy and reliable connection e.g. between vibrating machine components or components which move relative to each other.
(FR) Un raccord de tuyau comprend une ramification de tuyau (2), un tuyau souple (3) et un élément de retenue (4). La ramification de tuyau forme une section de ramification proximale (5) terminant la ramification de tuyau, une section de ramification distale (6) en extension vers la section de ramification proximale et une section étendue (7) ayant un diamètre augmenté entre la section de ramification proximale et la section de ramification distale. Le tuyau se termine axialement par une ouverture conçue pour recevoir la section de ramification proximale (5) dans une direction axiale et comprenant un pli proximal (9), un pli distal (10) et un joint interne (11) entre le pli proximal et le pli distal, le joint étant conçu pour assurer l'étanchéité entre une surface interne du tuyau et une surface externe de la section de ramification proximale. Le dispositif de retenue est conçu pour renfermer la ramification de tuyau et le tuyau et pour former une bride proximale (12) et une bride distale (13), la bride proximale et la bride distale s'étendant toutes deux vers l'intérieur et définissant un passage pour la ramification de tuyau (2), le passage ayant un diamètre interne qui est plus petit que le diamètre augmenté, la bride proximale étant conçue pour venir en prise avec le pli proximal et la bride distale étant conçue pour venir en prise avec la section de ramification distale. Le couplage de tuyau permet un raccordement facile et fiable, par exemple entre des éléments de machine vibrante ou des éléments qui se déplacent l'un par rapport à l'autre.
