Abstract:
(EN) A needle detection apparatus and a detection method. The needle detection apparatus is provided with a driving portion (1), a control portion (2), a first conveying portion (3), a first detecting portion (4), a second conveying portion (5), a second detecting portion (6) and a screening portion (7). Exterior appearance detection of a detection object is performed in the first conveying portion (3), and size detection of the detection object is performed in the second conveying portion (5). Since needle-type parts are small and light, a conveying acceleration portion (8) is also arranged to increase the conveying speed. The conveying acceleration portion (8) accelerates the conveying of small needles, both exterior appearance detection and size detection are performed during the subsequent conveying, the whole detection process is rapid and efficient, and the detection quality and detection efficiency are significantly improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de détection d'aiguilles et un procédé de détection. L'appareil de détection d'aiguilles comporte une partie d'entraînement (1), une partie de commande (2), une première partie de transport (3), une première partie de détection (4), une deuxième partie de transport (5), une deuxième partie de détection (6) et une partie de contrôle (7). La détection d'apparence extérieure d'un objet de détection est effectuée dans la première partie de transport (3), et la détection de taille de l'objet de détection est effectuée dans la deuxième partie de transport (5). Puisque les parties de type aiguilles sont petites et légères, une partie d'accélération de transport (8) est également agencée pour accroître la vitesse de transport. La partie d'accélération de transport (8) accélère le transport de petites aiguilles, la détection d'apparence extérieure et la détection de taille sont toutes deux effectuées pendant le transport ultérieur, l'ensemble du processus de détection est rapide et efficace, et la qualité de détection et l'efficacité de détection sont significativement améliorées.
(ZH) 一种滚针检测装置及检测方法，滚针检测装置具有驱动部(1)、控制部(2)、第一输送部(3)、第一检测部(4)、第二输送部(5)、第二检测部(6)和筛检部(7)，通过在第一输送部(3)完成检测对象的外观检测，在第二输送部(5)完成检测对象的尺寸检测；由于滚针类零件细小且轻，还设置输送加速部(8)提高输送速度。利用输送加速部(8)对细小滚针进行加速输送，在后续输送过程中既完成外观检测，又完成尺寸检测，整个检测流程快速高效，大大提高了检测质量及检测效率。
