Title: ROBOTIC THREE-DIMENSIONAL SCANNING DEVICE AND METHOD
Abstract:
Provided is a robotic three-dimensional scanning device and method. The device comprises an MEMS scanning galvanometer laser three-dimensional probe (2) for generating three-dimensional point cloud data, a six-joint robotic manipulator (1) for clamping the MEMS scanning galvanometer laser three-dimensional probe (2), a rotary table (3) for placement of a test object, and a controller used to control the robotic manipulator and the rotary table (3). The MEMS scanning galvanometer laser three-dimensional probe (2) is installed at a distal end of the robotic manipulator (1). The test object is placed at the center of the rotary table (3). Compared with digital and physical grating techniques, the present invention has an extended depth of field, a high scanning speed, a compact size and a high scanning precision. The device combines a high precision rotary table (3) with a robot with six degrees of freedom to form a device with seven degrees of freedom, thereby enlarging an operation range of a robotic manipulator, increasing flexibility of scanning large objects, reducing unscanned regions, and realizing fully automatic three-dimensional scanning.
