Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a hybridoma cell strain C1 for secreting an anti-paromomycin monoclonal antibody and the use thereof, belonging to the technical field of immunochemistry. A murine monoclonal cell strain C1 has been prepared through the conventional cell fusion technologies and deposited in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Centre, and the deposit number is CGMCC No. 12025. The monoclonal antibody secreted by the cell strain is determined by the indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the IC50 to paromomycin and neomycin is 0.61 and 2.43 μg/L respectively. The range of the recovery rate of paromomycin and neomycin in animal foodstuff is 64.56-105.85% and 54.08-100.55%. The hybridoma cell strain C1 provides a raw material for the immunological detection of the paromomycin residue in animal foodstuff, and has a practical application value.
(FR) L'invention concerne une souche cellulaire C1 d'hybridome pour sécréter un anticorps monoclonal anti-paromomycine et une utilisation correspondante, appartenant au domaine technique de l'immunochimie. Une souche cellulaire C1 monoclonale murine a été préparée par l'intermédiaire des technologies classiques de fusion cellulaire et déposée dans le China General Microbiological Culture Collection Centre et le numéro de dépôt est CGMCC No 12025. L'anticorps monoclonal sécrété par la souche cellulaire est déterminé par un test d'immunoabsorption par enzyme liée compétitive indirect et la CI50 à la paromomycine et à la néomycine est respectivement de 0,61 et de 2,43 μg/l. La plage du taux de récupération de la paromomycine et de la néomycine dans des aliments pour animaux est de 64,56-105,85 % et de 54,08-100,55 %. La souche cellulaire C1 d'hybridome permet d'obtenir une matière première pour la détection immunologique du résidu de paromomycine dans des aliments pour animaux et présente une valeur d'application pratique.
(ZH) 一株分泌抗巴龙霉素单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株C1及其应用,属于免疫化学技术领域。通过常规的细胞融合技术制备了一株鼠源的单克隆细胞株C1,已保藏于中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心,保藏号为CGMCC No. 12025。该细胞株分泌的单克隆抗体采用间接竞争酶联免疫法测定,对巴龙霉素及新霉素的IC 50分别为0.61及2.43μg/L。对动物性食品中巴龙霉素及新霉素的回收率范围为64.56%-105.85%及54.08%–100.55%。为动物性食品中巴龙霉素残留的免疫检测提供了原料,具有实际应用价值。
