Title: CATALYST, AND METHOD FOR PREPARING LOWER ALKENE USING DIRECT CONVERSION OF SYNGAS
Abstract:
A catalyst, and a method for preparing lower alkenes using direct conversion of syngas. The syngas is used as a reaction material to perform a conversion reaction on a fixed bed or a moving bed. The catalyst is a composite catalyst A+B, catalyst A and catalyst B being composited together in a mechanically mixing way. The catalyst A has an active metal oxide as an active ingredient, and the catalyst B is one or more of a molecular sieve having CHA and AEI structure or a metal modified CHA and/or AEI molecular sieve. The distance between geometric centers of the active metal oxide of catalyst A and particles of catalyst B is in the range of 5 μm‑40 mm, and the distance between the axes of the particles is preferably 100 μm‑5 mm, more preferably 200 μm‑4 mm. The weight ratio of the active ingredient in the catalyst A to the catalyst B is 0.1-20, preferably 0.3-5.
