Title: LINEAR ABRASIVE BLASTING NOZZLE FOR ABRASIVE BLASTING OF NO-INTERNAL-WOUND LOW-PAIN MEDICAL NEEDLE
Abstract:
A linear abrasive blasting nozzle for abrasive blasting of a no-internal-wound low-pain medical needle, is provided with at least one linear abrasive blasting hole (2) in an abrasive blasting axis direction on an abrasive blasting body (1). An abrasive outlet (4) of the linear abrasive blasting hole has a width of 0.10-0.50 millimeters and a length of 0.70-2.50 millimeters. The abrasive blasting body is a combined structure having separate parts assembled together, and a separation surface (5) passes through the linear abrasive blasting hole. A lengthwise side of the linear abrasive blasting hole is linear or curved, or a combination of both. The linear abrasive blasting hole is preferably a tapered hole structure. The present invention can enable precise grinding processes of an inner hole and wall of a needle. The design of the abrasive blasting hole as a tapered hole structure facilitates blasting of abrasive material flows, prevents abrasive material blockage and increases abrasive material blasting pressure at an abrasive material outlet while maintaining the same pressure at an abrasive material inlet, thereby reducing energy consumption. Designing the abrasive blasting hole as multiple strip structures arranged in intervals can increase the grinding efficiency of abrasive blasting several times over and ensure the required installation position of a needle (8) with respect to the abrasive blasting nozzle, and can therefore ideally satisfy the processing requirements of precise grinding at each position of a needle point.
