Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a sheet-shaped nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped porous carbon material, prepared and obtained according to the following method: mixing aniline and hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene, undergoing a closed reaction for 2-24 h at a pressure of 1-10 MPa and a temperature of 140-260°C, then pressure is released to atmospheric pressure and steam drying is performed to obtain a solid substance; under inert gas protection, the obtained solid substance is treated for 1-6 h at a high temperature of 400-1000°C, and the finished product is obtained; the sheet-shaped nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped porous carbon material thus provided has excellent electrical properties and may be used for fabricating capacitor electrodes and especially supercapacitor electrodes; thus it may be used in capacitors and especially supercapacitors, and has great application potential and industrial value in the field of energy storage.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau carboné poreux co-dopé azote-phosphore en forme de feuille, préparé et obtenu selon le procédé suivant : mélange d'aniline et d'hexachlorocyclotriphosphazène, subissant une réaction fermée pendant 2 à 24 h à une pression de 1 à 10 MPa et une température de 140 à 260 °C, puis la pression est relâchée à pression atmosphérique et le séchage à la vapeur est effectué pour obtenir une substance solide; sous protection de gaz inerte, la substance solide obtenue est traitée pendant 1 à 6 h à une température élevée de 400 à 1 000 °C, et le produit fini est obtenu; le matériau carboné poreux co-dopé azote-phosphore en forme de feuille ainsi obtenu présente d'excellentes propriétés électriques et peut être utilisé pour fabriquer des électrodes de condensateur et, en particulier, des électrodes de supercondensateur; il peut ainsi être utilisé dans des condensateurs et en particulier des supercondensateurs, et présente un excellent potentiel d'application et grande une valeur industrielle dans le domaine du stockage d'énergie.
(ZH) 一种片状氮磷共掺杂多孔碳材料,按如下方法制备得到:将苯胺、六氯环三磷腈混合,在压力为1~10MPa、温度为140~260℃的条件下密闭反应2~24h,之后泄压至常压,蒸干,得到固体物质;在惰性气体保护下,将所得固体物质于400~1000℃进行高温处理1~6h,即得成品;提供的片状氮磷共掺杂多孔碳材料,具有优异的电学性能,可用来制备电容器电极尤其是超级电容器电极,从而可用于电容器尤其是超级电容器中,在储能领域具有极大的应用潜力和工业价值。
