Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing high-purity lactulose by efficient removal of sodium meta-aluminate, pertaining to the technical field of oligosaccharide preparation. The method comprises preparing a high-purity lactulose syrup and a product thereof by pretreatment of a syrup, removal of a catalyst, removal of a monosaccharide and a salt, and posttreatment of the syrup. The efficient removal and recycling of the catalyst sodium meta-aluminate is realized. In the final product, Al residue is < 10 ppm (with respect to lactulose) and the purity of lactulose is > 95%. The preparation process meets resource-saving and environmentally-friendly production requirements, and facilitates clean, efficient, and environmentally-friendly industrial production of high-purity lactulose.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de lactulose de pureté élevée par élimination efficace de méta-aluminate de sodium appartenant au domaine technique de la préparation d’oligosaccharides. Le procédé consiste en la préparation d’un sirop de lactulose de pureté élevée et un produit de ce dernier par prétraitement d’un sirop, l'élimination d’un catalyseur, l'élimination d’un monosaccharide et d’un sel, et le post-traitement du sirop. L’élimination efficace et le recyclage du méta-aluminate de sodium catalyseur sont réalisés. Dans le produit final, le résidu Al est < 10 ppm (par rapport au lactulose) et la pureté du lactulose est > 95 %. Le procédé de préparation satisfait les exigences d’économie en ressource et de production respectueuses de l’environnement, et facilite la production industrielle propre, efficace, et respectueuse de l’environnement d’un lactulose de pureté élevée.
(ZH) 一种高效脱除偏铝酸钠制备高纯度乳果糖的方法,属于低聚糖制备技术领域。所述方法通过对糖浆前处理、催化剂脱除、单糖和盐的脱除、糖浆后处理制备得到高纯度乳果糖浆及其产品。实现了催化剂偏铝酸钠的高效脱除和回收利用,最终产品中,Al的残留<10ppm(对乳果糖),乳果糖纯度>95%。所述制备工艺符合资源节约型、环境友好型的生产需求,有助于促进洁净、高效、环保的高纯度乳果糖工业化生产。
