Title: LIGHT COUPLED DEVICE, LIGHT SOURCE SYSTEM, AND ENDOSCOPE SYSTEM
Abstract:
Provided are a light coupled device (100), a light source system, and an endoscope system. The light coupled device (100) comprises a substrate (101). The substrate (101) has a through hole (102) and a reflection structure (103) surrounding the through hole (102). The through hole (102) enables a light beam to penetrate the substrate (101). The reflection structure (103) can reflect the light beam. The light beam passing through the light coupled device (100) does not attenuate, and thus the light coupled device (100) has a light transmittance of up to 100% compared with existing coupled devices. Moreover, the present invention eliminates a step of arranging an anti-reflection coating at a light-entering surface and a light-exiting surface of the substrate (101), thereby simplifying a process, and reducing costs. Furthermore, the light coupled device (100) does not need a dedicated tool to shield an optically transmissive structure in a process of forming a reflection coating, thereby further reducing costs while preventing formation of a coating transition zone, and ensuring precise sizes of the optically transmissive structure and the reflection structure (103).
